I will describe a new geometric model for the Hochschild cohomology of Soergel bimodules, living in the monodromic Hecke category. I will also explain how it allows to identify objects representing individual Hochshild cohomology groups as images of explicit character sheaves. Based on the joint work with Roman Bezrukavnikov.
